What we collect

This site collects information in exactly two places, and nowhere else.

The AI Visibility Snapshot form. When you request a snapshot we store the business name, website, your name, email address, industry, and — if you provide them — a phone number, city or service area, and the free-text goal you describe. If you arrived from the interactive demo, the indicative score it produced is stored alongside the request so we can compare it with the audited result.

The Authority Index™ demo. When you finish the demo we store the resulting score, its band, and your seven answers. This record is anonymous — it contains no name, email, business, or IP address — and exists only so the demo can tell later visitors how their score compares to everyone else's.

How we use it

Snapshot details are used to prepare and deliver your report, and to follow up about it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing. Anonymous demo results are used only in aggregate.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads; that request is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

Where your data lives

Submissions are stored in a managed Postgres database operated by Netlify, our hosting provider, on infrastructure located in the United States. Access is limited to people who need it to produce your report.

A copy of each submission is also emailed to our team so that a request is seen promptly. That email is delivered through a third-party email provider acting on our behalf, which handles it only to deliver the message and not for any purpose of its own.

Retention and your choices

Snapshot requests are retained while we have an active reason to keep them — delivering the report and any resulting engagement. Email sales@onomaris.ai at any time to request a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion, and we will action it within 30 days. Anonymous demo results cannot be traced back to an individual and so cannot be individually deleted.

Scores produced by the interactive demo are indicative estimates derived entirely from your own self-assessment. They are not an audit and should not be relied on as one. Scores in a delivered AI Visibility Snapshot reflect our assessment at the time of the audit. AI platforms change their behaviour continuously, so no score — ours or anyone else's — is a guarantee of any particular recommendation, ranking, lead volume, or business outcome.

Case study figures cited on this site describe results achieved by specific clients under their own circumstances. They are not a promise of comparable results.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
